Roosevelt – Sea
Marius Lauber is Roosevelt. He’s from Cologne, Germany, and obviously he likes dogs as you can see when you’ll watch the video below.
Furthermore he’s the latest signing to Greco-Roman, among others home to Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs and Disclosure, and one of my favorite labels which has proven several times that they know how to pick and choose.
Marius is also the drummer of beat!beat!beat!, a shoegaze-indiepop outfit, which released their first album “Lightmares” in 2010 already. After touring with the band for a while he now started is solo-project Roosevelt and brings us his wonderful first single “Sea”.
Roosevelt is now working on his first EP which hopefully will come out this summer. We are looking forward to it.
